We are looking for someone to join our team in store for two days per week, with the possibility of more hours being added in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and positive attitude
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
- Maintain a neat and organised shop environment
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Post on our social media channels, confidently talking about our stock
- Pack online sales orders
- Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves and stock checks
- Ensure displays are attractive and well-maintained
- Assist with admin duties when required
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident talking on camera
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A keen interest in babywear and children’s fashion
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
